SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION:

All customers who order printing products at the website www.nhomin.com.vn or customers who come directly to view and purchase products at the company and require home delivery.

2. APPLICATION METHOD:

For orders nationwide, NHOM IN charges delivery fees according to the shipping fee schedule of the third-party shipping company. This cost will be notified and confirmed by the company with the customer before the customer proceeds to make payment and the company sends the goods.

3. DELIVERY TIME:

– Delivery time will be from 1-4 days from the time the order is completed depending on the shipping distance.

– In some objective cases, the company may experience delays in delivery due to force majeure conditions such as bad weather, unfavorable traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns during delivery, or issues in the shipping process.

– While waiting to receive the goods, if you have any questions about shipping information, please contact our hotline for assistance.

4. RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPPED GOODS.

– The company will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage of goods during the shipping process from our warehouse to the customer.

– Customers are responsible for checking the goods upon receipt. If any goods are found to be damaged, incorrect, or wrong products, the customer must sign to confirm the condition of the goods with the delivery staff and immediately notify the Customer Service Department via the company’s hotline.

– After the customer has signed for the goods without any notes or comments about the goods, the company is not responsible for any requests for handling damages, errors, or mistakes from the customer later.

– If the shipping service is designated and chosen by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage of goods during the shipping process from the company’s warehouse to the customer. The customer will bear the shipping costs and related losses.

5. OTHER CONDITIONS

– Road tolls, fees for entering villages or parking fees at apartments are to be paid by the customer.

– The company only delivers to the correct recipient that the customer has registered when purchasing. If there is an unclear change of recipient during delivery, we reserve the right to refuse delivery and request the customer to pick up the goods at the company’s sales location.

– If the delivery address is unclear, located in alleys, or in dangerous areas, or in difficult mountainous regions, we reserve the right to refuse to transport and deliver goods directly.

– In cases of force majeure, due to natural disasters, floods, bridge breakdowns, etc., we are not responsible for compensating damages arising from late delivery or failure to transport goods to the agreed location with the customer.

– If we have delivered the goods to the delivery location as agreed upon at the time of purchase, but for any reason the customer requests to return the goods, the customer must bear the transportation costs as per the company’s regulations.

– On special days or holidays when general traffic policies are restricted (road closures for certain vehicles, etc.), delivery times may change. We will call the customer to agree on the delivery time.
