Customers who have placed an order automatically on the website www.nhomin.com.vn, have received an order confirmation email from info@nhomin.com but have not paid the printing deposit, or have paid the printing deposit but Nhom In has not confirmed the production of the order.
Customers who have placed an order automatically on the website nhomin.com.vn, have received an order confirmation email from info@nhomin.com, have paid the printing deposit according to the payment information on the website www.nhomin.com.vn but have not received confirmation of order production after 7 days from Nhom In.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when participating in transactions at Nhom In. In case customers enter incorrect information on the Nhom In electronic sales information page, Nhom In reserves the right to refuse to conduct the transaction. Any disputes, complaints, or conflicts arising from or related to transactions at Nhom In or these Regulations and Conditions will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and/or the Court according to the Consumer Protection Law Chapter 4 on Dispute Resolution between consumers and organizations or individuals trading goods and services.
8. Laws and Jurisdiction in Vietnam
All these Terms and Conditions and the Contract (and all obligations arising outside the contract or related) will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. If any disputes arise from these Terms of Use, you may file a complaint with the Vietnamese court for resolution.
