1. Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

Nhom In recommends that customers check the condition of the products before payment to ensure that the goods delivered are of the correct type, quantity, and specifications according to the order.

If you encounter a situation that does not match the order, please report it immediately to the customer support department so that we can take timely action.

In the case that the customer has paid, received the goods, and then discovers that the goods are defective, incorrect, or missing, please contact the customer support department of Nhom In immediately for assistance with the next steps such as exchanging/returning items or sending the missing products to you.

2. Items with technical defects

When you encounter issues with the printed products at Nhom In, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Self-check the product specifications.

Step 2: Contact the customer service department to report the status of the product. Here, customer service staff will collect information and connect with the after-sales department to resolve any issues related to product defects for the customer.

Step 3: Within 5-7 days from the date of receipt, if your printed product is confirmed by the after-sales department to have a technical defect, you will be eligible for a reprint or a refund according to the company’s regulations.
